Jai is an engineer by profession and a cartoonist by passion . His cartoons are like fresh breath of air which mirrors various aspects of every day life of common people through his imagination. He is an avid reader and an ace photographer apart from being a very busy and Hands on Father to a beautiful little baby girl ( His Jaanu).

These pandemic times have brought on unprecedented demands on a working mother. WFH has meant longer working hours blurring office time and personal time. At the same time the demands at home has increased without the house help and the cook. There is no “me time” and working women are burnt out in these six months leading to high levels of stress, exhaustion, anxiety, mental health. Meditation seems just the right answer for today’s working women. Start the day with a session of meditation that refreshes the mind of all stress and anxiety, helps improve physical health and resilience to tackle challenges of daily life chores and boosts productivity to efficiently multitask between office work and domestic chores. One only needs to make a beginning and see the difference it makes to one’s life. Thank you Richha, for the motivation and guidance to help one start this wonderful journey.
